A quickie for your hungry tummy

Too hungry for a while? Too lazy to go out? Why not prepare something at home?

Get hold of the leftover bread from the fridge, gather two eggs, salt to taste, onions, oil as much oily food you would like to have, milk, baking soda, red chili powder, coriander powder.
Now get ready to prepare a tasty, yummy stuff at home. Soak the bread in water and smash it well. Mix it with eggs, half cup milk, red chili powder coriander powder, salt to taste and a pinch of baking soda. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.

Now, chop the onions finely and fry them red-brown. Now, add some more oil and fry the mixture together. Mix it well till it’s well fried and you get the mouth watering smell. Serve it hot with tomato sauce or you can even have it without extra toppings. This will heal your hunger and make you go ‘ulalah’.
