When you are bored with your daily food items, try something hot-n-spicy at home.
You would require 3 eggs, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, 2 large onions, 5-6 green chilies, 1 tbsp red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2½ tbsp chili sauce, sunflower oil and salt to taste.
Pour 1½ tbsp oil in a frying pan, while it’s being heated, blend the eggs with black pepper powder and salt in a bowl. Fry the eggs to make bhuji. Now pour 2½ tbsp oil in another frying pan and add finely chopped onions with some salt. Cover the pan while cooking. When the onions are lightly browned add finely chopped tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry it well. Now add the tomato sauce, chili sauce, and the fried egg and mix well. Add ½ cup water and cover the pan, let it cook itself. When the water dries completely, serve the dish hot-n-spicy. Garnish as you wish.
