Don’t blame yourself all the time for burning the cookies in the oven or breaking a costly vase or doing badly at a math test. Feeling bad or sad is very natural but do not try to punish yourself for little mistakes. We all are human and we often mess things up. Before showing kindness to others always remember to be kind to yourself first.
