Mindfulness is not a meditation technique. Really, it is not just that. Mindfulness meditation is a form of meditation which makes you more attached to the reality.
Mindfulness means being present. It means being connected to the moment. When you let go of the past and don’t worry about the future, you are only present in the moment. This is mindfulness. The meditation helps you be present at this moment that’s it.
What is Mindfulness Meditation?
It is focusing on the present surrounding. You can be aware of the air that is touching your bare flesh, the weight of the cloth against your skin and even the surrounding where you are standing. It is seeing everything but not acknowledging anything.
You can practice mindfulness anywhere. In fact, it is better to practice it outdoor because outside you will find a lot of things to be aware of.
So, why should you bother?
